We at KHAF CLOTHING follow a strict quality check, thus we have a strict no returns policy. However if you are not satisfied with the product you can raise a complaint on contact@khafclothing.com. Our team will revert back to you on how they can serve you better.

Incase of a faulty product raise a complain within 24 hours. Send us a picture and nature of the defect on contact@khafclothing.com. Please note the final decision of accepting the return lies with KHAF CLOTHING only. If we believe the damage was due to manhandling the product KHAF CLOTHING can decline the return of product.

EXCHANGE

We follow a strict no exchange policy on sale and made to order products. Most of our designs are custom made on order so kindly enquire before making the purchase. We hold the final decision of exchange policy.
